Yes. Private coaching offers one-on-one support tailored to your unique needs and goals, including wellness and body composition. Group coaching, while more community-oriented, provides shared insight and accountability. We offer both options so you can choose the style that works best for your growth.

Personal Training Sessions In Vienna

I am new to Personal Training - How does it work?

Typically, we begin with a 90-minute Sports Science Check-Up.

During the consultation, we’ll:
– ⁠Spend around 60 minutes discussing your background, goals, and training history to get a detailed understanding of you and determine which coach is the best fit.
– ⁠Carry out a short movement and strength assessment.
– ⁠Perform a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) body scan to measure your body composition – including fat, muscle, and water percentages – giving us a clear starting point and direction for your training.

By the end of this session, we’ll explain how we can help, and you’ll have a clear, personalized plan for moving forward.

We don’t believe in pressure sales or strict minimum commitments. For most of our programs, there’s no minimum time commitment. However, we recommend staying with us for at least 12 weeks to build a strong client-coach relationship and see meaningful progress.

We work with clients of all ages and training levels – from beginners to experienced individuals. Whether you’re just starting your training journey or a seasoned veteran who simply wants to take the thinking out of training, our coaching is personalized and tailored to move at a pace that matches your abilities and goals. Our concept is built around helping you make your whole body stronger and move better, no matter where you are on that spectrum.

We offer both 10-session and 20-session blocks in our studio. However, our concept is designed to support you beyond just personal training. 

Most clients combine a 10 or 20-session block with an online coaching package (see below) so they can continue training confidently at home or in the gym alongside their in-person sessions.

Personal Online Fitness Coaching

How do I pick the right online program for me?

Choosing the right program depends on your level of support needs. We offer two options:

Core Online Coaching: Includes custom workout plans, regular contact with Coaches and Biweekly check-ins.
Platinum Online Coaching: Personalized Training and nutrition program and weekly check-ins.

Regardless of the plan you choose, we aim to respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Clients on Platinum Coaching plans will receive additional support.

Absolutely! Many of our clients train at home, and we design programs based on the equipment you have available. Less equipment simply means less exercise variation, but the program is tailored to your setup.

Because our coaching is fully personalized – every plan, every check-in, every detail is built around you. That takes time and attention. 

To keep the quality high and make sure each client gets the support they deserve, we limit how many people we work with at once.

Your tailor-made program is delivered straight to your phone through our training app. 

Each workout includes video demonstrations, clear instructions on how many sets and reps to perform, and everything you need to train confidently on your own.

What is Body Composition Analysis using BIA?

Body Composition Scan with BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) is a quick and simple, non-invasive scan that measures how much muscle, fat, and water your body has.

Your BIA consultation is a 30-minute session where we measure your full body composition using the advanced Seca scale. We’ll go through your results together – including muscle, fat, hydration, and metabolism – so you can clearly understand how your body is doing. You’ll leave with easy-to-follow advice to help you stay healthy, strong, and on track toward your goals.
